A user can find out if they have Time & Attendance by going to SETUP ->

A user won’t be able to do it themselves and needs to call ADP to turn it on. The screenshot represent the Client Setup Wizard utility which the ADP associates use to setup users. ADP associates can email email@example.com if unable to resolve this step.
