Create multiple Locations or Departments, such as Front-of-House, Kitchen, and Southside Location
Use separate locations for anywhere that you want a separate schedule, or separate analytics
Go to Settings, Locations
Note that you can expand the Location by pressing "+" to see additional location-specific settings
